Saturday was a really fun day. We spent the whole day just playing with the kids and having fun! Ammon made a huge fort for the kids to play in (I included Ammon in “kids”) that stretched the entire length of our family room. I was busy making gingerbread dough so the kids could decorate their first gingerbread house. I think the kids ate as much candy as they put on the house, but they had a great time doing it.
Ammon’s creation, pretty impressive, I thought.

All this candy, how do I choose?

FUN!!! I love the kids christmas pictures! Oh my, they are so stinkin cute! That is an awesome fort. I bet they wanted to sleep in there. Do you have a good recipe for ginger bread? Apparently you do. Mine always crumbles. Looks delicious. We miss you guys!
Aren’t homemade forts the best; they are free, easy and the kids get to make a mess in the room. I have many memories of playing in forts. As far a gingerbread houses, you are brave. It will be a fun tradition to keep up and it looks like your turned out. Mine always collaped.
Forts are always such fun!!!! And its fun scaring someone on the other side of the ‘wall’ or ‘roof’!!!!!
There are just a ‘few’ gumdrops on that gingerbread house……..have you found a new dentist in Eagle yet? (heehee)
